SEEDworks was founded by educators, behavioural health leaders, and special education directors who have served students inside public school systems. We know the realities of bell schedules, IEP timelines, MTSS data meetings, and budget pressures — because we have lived them.

That is why our model is different. We are not just mental health clinicians, but subject matter experts in school-based mental health, built by school administrators and school-based clinicians who understand how schools operate and what district leaders are accountable for.

We work alongside district leadership to understand priorities, identify service gaps, and align on funding pathways and success metrics.

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Step 02 - Design the Program

We design a tailored model that integrates seamlessly with MTSS, special education, and student support teams — with compliance fully established.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM

Step 03 - Deploy and Integrate

We place qualified, school-aligned clinicians and coordinate implementation with school leadership, minimizing disruption from day one.

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Step 04 - Monitor and Refine

Through 90-day progress reviews and transparent reporting, we keep services accountable, aligned, and effective.
